Every piece we sell is designed in our office in Los Angeles, CA, China and we work with environmental friendly agencies to source the products we need to craft a masterpiece - just for you! 

Do I have a warranty on my products?

Yes, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and refund your money, no questions asked!  

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide! Our warehouses are located around the globe to offer you faster shipping and a great customer experience. Orders processed in the US or Canada will take 2-9 business days to arrive. For international orders, it can take between 15-30 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

Shipping & Handling Process

Our handling time usually takes about 2-4 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. 

Shipping Costs

We provide free worldwide shipping.  

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Damage or Defective Items
We test all our light fixtures before they leave the warehouse. It rarely happens that a light fixture arrives damaged. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us. We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date. We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

Return Shipping Guidelines

Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.  If you can include a tracking number for us for the return the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! We do not cover for return shipping cost.

Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the products and when we receive them.
